2022-02 Pablo Lorenzo-Eiroa's
Research on Artificial Intelligence proposes in
his book a United Biomes of the World to the UN and international
organizations. The environmental radical project, which is an
extension of his multiple Ecoinduction projects proposed for
multiple cities, proposes a politics of global environmental
coordination. Through an AI Blockchain thermodynamic platform based
on a Boltzmann Machine, the environmental framework proposes to
measure and activate urban zoning pollicies globally coordinated to
mitigate climate change and radically redefine international borders
globally. By proposing intermediate international environmental
zones, the framework secures environmental rivers continuity. The
framework proposes means to measure and activate environmental
biomes continuity by regulating globally the continuity and security
of natural biomes. Currently international borders do not secure
environmental continuity and their zoning policies allow for any
type of commercial activity without respecting environmental
security. For instance borders between Argentina, Paraguay and
Brazil currently have damaging agricultural pratices that are
eroding the soil, reducing forest in favor of agriculture and other
industrialization policies of extraction. In order to reduce future
wars, the project proposes to displace international borders to
secure environmental stability and reduce human and biomes
displacement.

international copyright laws by retrieving copyrighted material. We
did as much as we could to work out images we know are of free
copyright use such as UN and environmental organizations interested
in sharing and distributing for use their measuring maps and
charting.
