BRIDGE-APARTMENT

A housing prototype that is constructed by enfolding two parallel urban surfaces. These urban surfaces are vertical landscapes that constitute the fabric of the city of New York. The bridge-apartment is projected through a topological threshold intertwined within an artificial vertical landscape. Presented at the Festival of Ides for the City 2010-2011.New York Festival of Ideas for New York City curated by the New Museum Sunday May 8th Angel Orensanz Foundation, 172 Norfolk Street, on the Lower East Side.
